1. General Information
We provide Hong Kong local delivery only.
All orders will be delivered to addresses within Hong Kong.
Customers outside Hong Kong may use their own independent third-party forwarding service if delivery to other regions is required.
2. Delivery Scope
• Orders can be delivered only to Hong Kong addresses.
• We do not provide cross-border delivery, international shipping, or customs-related services.
• Customers who wish to forward goods to Mainland China or other regions may arrange their own forwarding provider after receiving the order in Hong Kong.
3. Delivery Time (Hong Kong Only)
Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Actual delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier scheduling.
4. Delivery Fees (Hong Kong Only)
• HKD 50 delivery fee for orders below EUR 5,000.
• Free delivery for orders of EUR 5,000 or above.
(Fees may be adjusted based on courier rates.)
5. Self-Pickup Option
Self-pickup is available upon request.
Please contact our support team to arrange the pickup time and location within Hong Kong.
6. Third-Party Forwarding Arrangements
Customers may arrange their own third-party forwarding service after goods have been delivered to the Hong Kong address they provide.
Once the parcel is handed over to a forwarding company or collected by the customer, we are not responsible for:
• forwarding service fees
• international transit issues
• delays, damage, or loss during onward delivery
• customs declarations or clearance
7. Order Inspection
Customers should inspect their items upon receipt.
Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours, along with photos or videos for assessment.
8. Undeliverable Items
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply.
9. Important Notes
• We do not offer international shipping or customs handling.
• All orders are treated as Hong Kong local deliveries.
• Our delivery responsibility ends once the parcel is successfully delivered to the Hong Kong address provided by the customer.
• Customers are fully responsible for any onward forwarding arrangements beyond Hong Kong.
