Refund & Return Policy

All orders are considered final once placed. Returns may be accepted only under the specific conditions listed below.

This policy applies to Hong Kong local delivery orders only.


2. Eligibility for Return

A return request may be accepted if:

• The item received is different from the order placed, or
• The item was damaged during Hong Kong local delivery

To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with all packaging materials and accessories

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or odor
• Items with missing or damaged packaging or tags
• Requests submitted after the 48-hour window
• Items damaged after receipt
• Items damaged during customer-arranged third-party forwarding


4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, the customer must return the item to our designated Hong Kong address.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an order error.

Returned parcels must be shipped within 3 business days after approval.


5. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect its condition.
Returns may be declined if items do not meet the required conditions.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, depending on the payment institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. Forwarding & Delivery Disclaimer

We provide Hong Kong local delivery only.
Our responsibility ends once the parcel is successfully delivered to the Hong Kong address provided.

If customers choose to use an independent forwarding company:
• All arrangements are made at the customer’s discretion
• We do not coordinate with forwarding companies
• We do not cover forwarding fees
• We are not responsible for transit issues, delays, or damage after collection by a third-party forwarding provider


9. Final Decision

We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding all return and refund cases.
